Robin Neumann A Repeat Academic All-American
Cal senior swimmer Robin Neumann has been named a CoSIDA Academic All-American for the second consecutive year, joining an exclusive group of Golden Bears to earn the honor multiple times.
Neumann was elected to the second team in the at-large category with a 3.94 GPA as a global studies major after earning third-team recognition last year. Only eight members of the 2021 Academic All-America team were repeat recipients, and Neumann joins Rachael Acker (2014-16) as the only multiple winners in school history.
The honor adds to Neumann’s growing list of academic awards, which includes being a four-time CSCAA Scholar All-American and three-time member of the Pac-12 Academic Honor roll.
