evalueren van het talent en potentieel van mannelijke spelers die universiteitsvoetbal willen spelen in de Verenigde Staten.<\/p><p>Erik groeide op in Nederland en heeft van 1982 tot en met 2013 als collegiale coach in de VS gewerkt. Van 2000 tot en met 2013 was hij hoofdcoach van de Universiteit van San Francisco, waar hij de Dons naar vier play-offs in de NCAA Division 1 leidde. optredens en driemaal verkozen tot WCC Coach of the Year. Hij heeft twee masterdiploma&#039;s behaald aan de Universiteit van San Francisco. Hij heeft uitgebreide ervaring in management, coaching en scouting op collegiaal, Youth National Team (US U20), ODP en US Soccer Academy-niveau.<\/p><p>Zijn ervaring omvat ook expertise van Major League Soccer (MLS) via het Professional Match Evaluator-programma, United Soccer League (USL), ervaring als technisch adviseur en 10 jaar ervaring als coach van een jeugd voetbalorganisatie waarbij hij overzicht houdt op spelers, coaches en de volwassen onderwijsprogramma\u2019s met 1.500 spelers en 125 coaches. Erik\u2019s eigen voetbalervaring omvat de Ajax Youth Academy U-19 (1975\/76) en twee NCAA Division 1 Championships met de University of San Francisco (1978 en 1980).
