Eveline Zwager Earns All-American Recognition
Junior Eveline Zwager has been named a National Field Hockey Coaches Association’s Third Team All American, the association announced Tuesday morning.
Zwager has continued to bring in accolades after an impressive season that saw her named to the NFHCA Division I South Region First Team. She also earned conference recognition having been named conference Player of the Year and earning All-Conference First Team honors.
The Dutch forward earned these awards after she led the conference in goals (16) with an average of .84 goals per game and points (38), averaging 2.00 points per game. Nationally, she ranked eighth in goals per game and seventh in points per game.
