Ajax talent Jansen (17) off to America and determined to end up in the MLS

Timo Jansen will trade Ajax for America after four seasons with the youth talent team.

The small, but technically gifted midfielder is going to study and play soccer in California.

Despite his departure from Ajax, Jansen is not giving up hope for a professional career and it is his American dream to one day end up in the MLS. “I am also confident that I will achieve this goal.”
